Vamos por la mitad de la cuenta atrás al lanzamiento de marzo de MFT y hoy os muestro una tarjeta shadow box CAS con un montón de coloridos banderines.

It’s created entirely with dies and it features the adorable little banners from the Pop-Up Banner Die-namics. I die cut them in the following colors of card stock; Ripe Raspberry, Cotton Candy, Lemon Chiffon, Sour Apple and Caribbean Sea. For the strings, I used Kraft Card Stock. Black would have been way too dark.
Next, I die cut the shadow box out of Smooth White Card Stock. I ran one of the pieces through my Big Shot with the Birthday Centerpieces Die-namics. This created a cool window, which at the same time acts as a sentiment! I partially assembled the card with Scor-Tape, leaving the front open, so that I could adhere the banners inside.

Some banners were easier to assemble inside of the box and some were easier to assemble beforehand. I used Ranger’s Multi Matte Medium adhesive for this. I adhered most of them to the skinny shelves, but some diagonally from the shelves to the sides of the box.

Once I was done with the inside, I finished adhering the front piece. As a last touch, I added some shimmering enamel stars, although I could have easily made them with the dies included in the Birthday Centerpieces Die-namics, a shimmer pen and Glossy Accents. I was just tired from all of the die cutting, LOL!

In the above picture you can see how perfectly my CAS shadow box card fits inside of an A2 envelope. Thank you very much for your visit! Don’t forget to leave a comment on the MFT Blog for a chance to win one of the $75 shopping sprees to the MFT Boutique.
