My first project for the Waffle Flower 2017 Catalog Challenge

I‘ve finally been able to play with the big fun “Jumbo letters” dies by Waffle Flower. I couldn’t afford to buy the complete set, but got a couple of them using a special discount and a voucher that I won in a challenge. Here’s my first project using them:
My first entry for the 207 Waffleflower Catalog Challenge.
I made a card featuring the letters, exactly what they ask for in the 2017 Catalog Challenge, a very special challenge in which five winning projects will be chosen to appear in Waffle Flower’s 2017 product catalog. They will also receive a 75 dollar gift voucher for their online store.
Logically you can only use Waffle Flower stamps and dies and NO patterned paper, but you may use colored cardstock, paper, felt, coloring media or embellishments. I die cut some letters in black and white for the background and created the rainbow “U” with strips of paper. The sentiment is from the “Monochrome” stamp set.
Let’s have a look at the dies… The design is quite special; a 4-in-1. These large letters have plenty of interchangeable pieces and are ideal for banners and all kinds of projects.
This time I haven’t played with the negative space, but I definitely will soon. Here’s a last picture of my card and the link to the challenge. See you soon!
