A Sketch-based card for the September Challenge at La Pareja Creativa

CAS card inspired by a sketch for the September challenge at LPC.
Four days later than promised, I’m back with an inspirational project for La Pareja Creativa’s September Challenge. I made this card.
It’s a literal interpretation of the following sketch, proposed by La Pareja Creativa’s owner Tina:
Sketch for LPC's September challenge.
There’s nothing better to get the creative juices flowing after a break than to follow a sketch…

CAS card with rainbow colors.

I used dies from the set Stitched Rectangles A6 to cut strips out of rainbow colored cardstock using the partial die-cutting technique. I adhered the strips with foam adhesive to give the cluster more umph.

I clear embossed the sentiment from the Feliz Cumpleaños die set and added a strip of white cardstock for the word “feliz” from the stamp set Monstruitos, to complete the sentiment. The last touch were some matching enamels and that’s it.

I hope you’ll visit LPC’s blog to find out if you won the August challenge and of course to check out the projects of the rest of the DT. I’m sure they’re as amazing as always! Have a great weekend… I’ll be backs soon!
