Hi again! For Day 4 of the MFT July Release Countdown, I’m sharing a clean and simple card featuring the great Cocktail Hour Die-namics set.
Yesterday was our 15th Wedding Anniversary, so I wanted to create a fun and simple card for my husband. I made the wheels of the cocktail cart turn by slightly modifying the elements die cut with the Twist & Turn Die-namics set, which I showed you yesterday in THIS post.
It’s not a super creative interactive feature, but it adds a nice touch to an otherwise simple card. Check it out in action:
The Cocktail Hour Die-namics is a great set for celebration themed cards. The miniature size of the elements makes them an ideal addition to little scenes featuring critter or people stamps. I used some scraps of card stock to cut the bottles and once they were glued to my panel, I added a layer of Glossy Accents to them.
I heat embossed the sentiment from the Bitty Birthday Wishes stamp set on a banner cut with one of the dies from the Skinny Strips Die-namics. Lastly I popped up the panel on a yellow cardbase and added some matching enamel dots.
