Card with sprinkles for February MFT & Friends

Card with sprinkles for February MFT & Friends.

Hello! The February Release is finally available in the MFT Shop and I’m celebrating with a cute card with sprinkles and cupcakes!

I didn’t get a chance to use the Sprinkled with Love stamp until now and thought that it would be fun to add real “sprinkles” to it. So I stamped it with Blu Raspberry Premium Dye Ink on a white A2 panel, grabbed some matte liquid glue with a fine tip applicator and went to work…

I applied the glue two or three letters at a time and sprinkled three colors of micro beads on top of it. It worked better than expected and turned out really nice…

I left some room on the bottom of the card for the three cupcakes, created with the Mini Cupcake Maker Die-namics out of Kraft, Blu Raspberry, Summer Splash, Ripe Raspberry and Tickled Pink Prestige card stock.

I didn’t add any sprinkles, since the sentiment is full of them, but I did add a heart-shaped enamel to finish the card.

I hope you enjoyed my cards for the February Release, which is now available in the MFT Store. As always, I now invite you to visit the MFT Blog for more inspiration and to discover our guest designers for this month. I’ll be back tomorrow… happy shopping! ^_^
