Card with modified stamp for WSC480

Hello again! Today I’m sharing this card with a slightly modified stamp, to see if I can inspire you to participate in WSC480.

I usually follow the sketches to a T, but this time I substituted the three circles for the cute girl from Birdie Brown’s Unicorns and Glitter stamp set. The rest of the elements are almost the same.

Have you noticed anything different about her? That’s it! I slightly modified her hairband so that it’s no longer unicorn, but cat (?) themed. It was easy to do… Using my Misti, I first stamped her on some scratch paper and then adhered a piece of masking paper over the horn area of my Copic friendly paper, to stamp her a second time. Here are the markers that I used:

  • Skin: E11, E21, E000, R02, R01
  • Hair: E37, E35, E33, E31
  • Headband: W3, W1, G43, g40, R22, R20, Y17
  • Dress, shoes and leg warmers: G46, g43, g40, RV34, RV32, RV11

I heat embossed the sentiment from the Bitty Thanks & Gratitude stamp set in white on a banner cut out of vellum, with one of the dies from the Skinny Strips Die-namics. I hid one edge under the fussy cut stamp and the other one under the pink strip, die cut using the Straight Up Rainbow Die-namics.
