CAS card with pun for Day 4 of the MFT November Release Countdown

Hello again! I’m back for Day 4 of the MFT November Release Countdown, to share a clean and simple card with a pun.

I thought it would be fun to slightly change the message of the I Really Miss You Die-namics, to create my own pun. It matches the panda on the scooter, which is from one of today’s featured products, the Pandas at Play stamp set.

I stamped it, colored it and die cut it three times, so that it would be sturdy and have some volume. Then I went to work on my A2 cardbase of Heavyweight Blu Raspberry Card Stock. I adhered a piece of Smooth White Card Stock to white fun foam and die cut all of the letters from the I Really Miss You Die-namics plus the “H” and “W” from the Big Birthday Wishes Die-namics.

They were sligthly larger, so I trimmed them a smidge. I then used the negative die cut as a template, to adhere all of the letters to my cardbase, perfectly straight.

Finally, I adhered the panda to the extra large “O” and added some Red Hot snowflakes from the Sweet Snowflakes Die-namics. I’m going to send this card to my sister Luisa, who I haven’t seen since January… I wheely miss her! Who do you miss the most during this awful pandemic?
