Geometrical CAS card for November MFT & Friends

Geometrical CAS card for November MFT & Friends.

The wait is over and the MFT November Release is finally available in the MFT Boutique! To celebrate, I’m sharing a geometrical clean and simple card that I made with some of the new products.

It’s such a simple card… I started by embossing the beautiful geometrical Baccarat Background stamp in white on an A2 cardbase of Smooth White Card Stock. I applied a bunch of baby powder to the paper, before going in with the Versamark ink. After adding the embossing powder, I got rid of any extra particles with a sewing needle and only then, did I use my heat gun to melt it.

I had some left over ink blended backgrounds in my stash, after Thursday’s card. The one that I chose, was made with Fossilized Amber, Spiced Marmalade and Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide Inks. I embossed it with the same background stamp and die cut it with the I Really Miss You Die-namics. I also die cut a couple of snowflakes with the Sweet Snowflakes Die-namics, to use as embellishments.

Next, I adhered two sets of the letters to the card base and added a little fishtail banner, die cut with one of dies from the Skinny Strips Die-namics out of Black Licorice Card Stock. The sentiment is from the All About You stamp set.

As a last touch, I glued some Clear Round Drops to the center of the snowflakes and that’s it. I wish you could see it in person… that geometrical backround stamp adds an absolutely gorgeous texture to this very clean and simple card. Thank you so much for stopping by! Happy shopping! 😉
