CAS confetti card for Day 1

CAS confetti card for Day 1 of the MFT November Release Countdown.

Hello again! I’m back with a CAS confetti card that I made for the final day of the MFT November Card Kit Release Countdown.

First of all, I diecut a little panel out of Smooth White Card Stock with the second largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics. Next, I temporarily adhered the Confetti All Around Stencil, included in the kit, to the panel.

I grabbed a bunch of rainbow colored Prismacolor pencils and used them to color the stencil holes. I finished in no time and really liked the result! To give the confetti more oomph, I decided to apply Glossy Accents to it…

The sentiment from the I Miss Your Hugs stamp set was perfect, for this card. I stamped it in the middle of my confetti circle with Extreme Black Hybrid Ink.

Next, I went through my stash of patterned paper and chose this yellow one from the Positively Peppy Paper Pad, to die cut a second panel. For that I used the largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics. I adhered it to an A2 card base of Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock.

Finally, I adhered the main panel to the yellow one with foam tape and added some Clear Round Drops, as a final touch. I hope you’ve enjoyed the brief countdown and are ready for the Miss Your Hugs Card Kit launch tomorrow. I can’t wait to see what my talented teammates created, over at the MFT Blog!
