We’re halfway through the MFT August Release Countdown and I’m here to share a CAS slimline card that I created with two of today’s featured products.
The sweet Pure Innocence girl is from a new set called Pin It and the background was created with matte embossing paste and the Slimline English Brick Wall Stencil.
I diecut the panel with the rectangular die from the Slimline Starter Die-namics after the embossing paste had dried and luckily it didn’t crack. The tone-on-tone 3D effect is awesome, although it was quite difficult to capture on camera! Hopefully you can see it better in the close-up below…
To decorate my simple scene, I used stamps from the cute Housecats set. I kept the color scheme simple (gray, white, blue and green) and used the following Copic markers for the coloring: E04, E11, E21, E000, R01, E37, E35, E33, E31, G16, G14, G12, BG07, BG05, BG02, W5, W3 and W1.
