The following step was to do some tone on tone blending with the matching inks and the Perfect Pool Water Stencil in order to add some realism to the water. To achieve the foam effect, I smeared some «Opaque Matte Texture Paste» by Ranger, on the edges. Before it was completely dry, I added texture with the other end of a paint brush.

I was missing the fourth color, so I grabbed the coral die from the Under the Sea Die-namics and die cut a couple of them out of  Sour Apple Card Stock. I adhered them to my panel with liquid glue and added a layer of Glossy Accents to them.

As a last touch, I added a couple of seashells die cut with dies from the Beach Builder Die-namics. I colored them whith Copic markers and added the details with Prismacolor pencils. Before adhering them to my panel with thin foam squares, I added some volume to them with a ball point stylus.

It was a lot of fun to create this card! I hope it has inspired you to participate in Color Challenge (CC167) at the MFT Blog. You could be the lucky winner of a $50 gift voucher to the MFT Boutique! Thanks for stopping by! ^_^
