Hello there! The MFT August release is loaded with wonderful products such as the Interactive Up & Down Die-namics set, which I helped design and which I used for today’s cards.

It’s such an easy mechanism to assemble and it is very versatile, since you can use it both horizontally and vertically. For my first card, I actually rotated the panel 180 degrees, to have more room for the carousel, which I diecut using the Carousel Die-namics.

The first and third horses move up & down a couple of grooves, hence the name of the set. I backed the main panel with a panel of gold card stock, to give the illusion of poles, and with the added gold embellishments, it really does!

I colored both the carousel and the Carousel Horses with Copic markers and heat embossed the sentiment on the base before assembling everything. Let’s see it in action:

I gave the card to a dear friend and she loved it… it made her re-live happy childhood memories.

The second card features the hilarious critters from the Hop, Flip and a Jump stamp set. They seem to be having such a great time jumping on those small trampolines! Let’s see it in action as well!
