Christmas card with die cuts for Day 2

Hello again! The MFT October Release Countdown is nearing its end and I’m back with a simple Christmas card, made with die cuts, for Day 2.

The Merry and Bright with all the Trimmings Die-namics, is the perfect set to create last minute cards, since the focal point is also the sentiment. A two-in-one product!

You can embellish the sentiment as much or as little as you like. For my card, besides the “trimmings” included in the set, I added a couple of snowflakes from our Free with $60 product, the Sweet Snowflakes Die-namics. I die cut them out of Summer Splash Prestige Card Stock, to match the patterned paper from the Christmas Cheer Paper Pad, that I adhered to my A2 card base.

To showcase the die cuts even more, I added a frame of Gold Sparkle Card Stock, cut with the second largest die from the A2 Rectangle Frame Die-namics. I also used it to die cut the rectangle of Smooth White Card Stock.

To add a little something to the card, I applied some Clear Wink of Stella (shimmer pen) to the blue die cuts. I also added a drop of Glossy Accents to the red nose.
