CAS nautical card

CAS nautical card for June MFT & Friends.

Yay, it’s time to celebrate the MFT June Release! I’m doing so with a clean and simple nautical card created with many of the new products.

I love playing with smaller stamps… to make my own patterned paper, like I did HERE or to create a wreath card, like THIS one.

I started today’s card by stamping the Thick and Thin Background with Cornflower Premium Dye Ink on an A2 card base of Something Blue Prestige Card Stock.

Next, I die cut a panel out of Smooth White Card Stock using the second largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics. I adhered it to my card base and went to work on all of the little images…

They are from the You Keep Me Afloat and Best Catch Ever stamp sets. After stamping and die cutting them, I colored them with the following Copic markers: B97, B95, B93, B91, B18, B14, B12, C5, C3, C00, R27, R24, R22, E01 and E00.

Next, I adhered the vellum banner to the center of my panel with three layers of mini glue dots. After that, I used slivers of foam tape to adhere the images around the sentiment.

As a final touch, I added a bunch of clear enamel dots. I hope you enjoyed all of my MFT June Release projects. Thanks for stopping by and Happy shopping!
