¡Muy pronto en español! Hi there! I’m popping in to share a card with roses that I created for this week’s Color Challenge (CC149) at the MFT Blog.

The palette reminded me of the roses on my backyard, so I stamped the Fanciful Roses Background stamp with Extreme Black Hybrid Ink on some Copic friendly card stock with the following markers; R24, R22, R20, R02, R01, R00, G99, G94, G46 and G43.

Next I fussy cut them and arranged them on my 4″ x 6 1/5″ panel of Natural Card Stock before adhering all but one with matte adhesive. After attaching my panel to a Jellybean Green card base,  I adhered the final rose (under the sentiment), with thin foam dots.

For the sentiment I went with the All About You Die-namics diecut in Gold Sparkle Card Stock paired with a skinny black banner with a heat embossed phrase from the All About You stamp set.

As a last touch, I added some gold Nuvo Drops. I’m not an expert at coloring flowers, but HERE you can see a card with roses and HERE another one with wild flowers.
