Hola, ya vamos por la mitad de la cuenta atrás al lanzamiento de mayo de MFT y estoy de vuelta para mostraros dos tarjetas muy clean and simple con triángulos.
For the first card I started by coloring the individual triangles from the Scattered Triangles Background with Tombow markers and stamping them on a piece of Smooth White Card Stock. I also colored some of them with a Versamark marker so that I could heat emboss them in gold.
To add more volume to an otherwise flat card, I stacked three layers of the letters from the In Stitches Alphabet Die-namics. I die cut the last layer out of Gold Shine Card Stock. I then adhered them to the edge of the circle.
As an after thought, I decided to add one of the sentiments from the Smile Maker stamp set. Luckily, it turned out perfect thanks to my MISTI. I simply traced the circle onto the lid with a permanent marker and adhered the stamp to that curved line. To finish the card I added some colorful enamel triangles.
In the above picture you can better appreciate the shine of all the gold details…
The second card is even more clean and simple but equally elegant. This time I reversed the colors and heat embossed the triangles in platinum onto a piece of Tropical Teal Prestige Card Stock.
I would love to know which of the two cards is your favorite, so please leave a comment before you head on to the MFT Blog. Today’s featured projects are gonna blow you away!
