Hoy presentamos el precioso kit tarjetero Flower Fusion en el blog de MFT y yo he creado una colorida tarjeta del estilo Art Decó, para la ocasión.
Even though the kit includes beautiful flower themed stencils that I can’t wait to play with, I was inmediately drawn to the gorgeous Essential Hello Die-namics and the Cascading Diamonds Background, which will be available separately.
I started by doing some tone on tone stamping with Caribbean Sea Premium Dye Ink on Caribbean Sea Card Stock. Next, I die cut a panel with the largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics.
After adhering it to an A2 card base of Moroccan Spice Card Stock I went on to die cutting the Stitched Diamond STAX Die-namics (without taking the dies apart) out of Moroccan Spice and Candied Yam. After inlaying all of the pieces, I trimmed the edges of the largest diamond and adhered it to my panel.
Finally, I went to work on the sentiment, cutting the outline out of Heavyweight Translucent Vellum and the letters out of Black Licorice Card Stock backed with Scor-Tape. Once assembled, I added slivers of foam tape behind the letters for some nice volume.
As a last touch I added three black enamel dots! Come back tomorrow for the Flower Fusion Card Kit Release! I promise my card will be filled with flowers!
