Yay! The MFT November Release launches today and I’ve created a beautiful winter wreath card for the occasion.

I started by heat embossing the Simple Snowflakes Background in mint on some Summer Splash Card Stock. Then I did some partial die cutting with a die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 2 Die-namics to create a 4 3/8″ x 4 3/8″ square panel. I adhered this panel to a 9 1/4″ x 4 5/8″ (23,4cm x 11,7cm) white cardbase.

Next, I stamped and colored the stunning flowers from the Fantasy Florals stamp set. I then colored them with cool shades of pink, blue and green Copic markers. After that, I die cut them with the Fantasy Florals Die-namics and adhered them to a ring created with two of the dies from the Circles STAX Set 1 Die-namics.

It was easy to distribute them around the ring to created a balanced winter wreath. To make the flowers look frosted, I added some Clear Rock Candy Distress Stickles to them.
Once I was happy with the placement of the wreath, I added a banner with a heat embossed sentiment from the Snowglobe Greetings stamp set and that’s it. I felt that no embellishments were needed with all the glitter from the flowers and shine from the embossed background.
Before you go, here are all of my projects for the November Release Countdown:

Now, please head on to the MFT Blog for more info on the Release. I can’t wait to see what the rest of the DT and guest designers have created. Thanks for stopping by and happy Shopping!
